One Time Virtual or In-Person Training with Dasha

The One-on-One Training/Evaluation and Goal “Game-Plan” Consultation with Dasha Anderson will help you establish your journey to no limitations (genetic, lifestyle, athletic, injury) and achieve maximal results.

This consult is ideal for: anyone that is stuck or unsure in how to move forward, or to start on their goals.

This session, like all training with Dasha can be booked virtually (zoom) or in-person.

  • She will assess movement, and screen for imbalances, points of pain, overuse, and weakness and provide insight into your body’s kinetic chain.
  • She will give you full feedback with several options along with expert advice on what your ideal course of action would be in your training, nutrition and lifestyle.
  • Use this session as a one-time tune up for your goals, or a jump start into one of Dasha’s programs.
  • Is more than just a training session, it’s an evaluation of your body and its strengths / limitations

10 Pack Jump-Start & Redefine Package

Private Training Hours: 10 Hours One-on-One with Dasha

Ideal session use (not required): 2-3 times a week 

If you can only train once a week, Dasha will discuss a supplemental programming regiment provided by her. All program and lifestyle design is tailor-made to fit your life, needs and goals.

20 Pack Jump-Start & Redefine Package

Private Training Hours: 20 Hours One-on-One with Dasha

Private Training Hours: 48 Hours One-on-One with Dasha (VIP Status)

Ideal session use (not required): 2x a week for 6 months or 1x a week for 12 months

48 hours of training and program design with Dasha will allow her (and you) to establish and commit to a “long term” plan. A commitment that will redefine your body, your mind and your performance.

96 hours of training and program design with Dasha will allow her (and you) to establish and adapt to a long term plan of health, wellness, body transformation, performance and longevity.
