BEGINNER & FORM EDUCATION

In this area Dasha educated and coaches, fixes form and creates modification options.

This area is:

  • Ideal for the complete beginner, you will learn form and skill here.
  • Great for progress for the intermediate person and also a way to progress/challenge an advanced person.
  • A great way to progress further and learn new skills like kettlebell lifts and key motions, barbell progressions and how to make bodyweight motions (push up/pull up/squat) and other motions more challenging.

Learn/Progress the most important 101 gym/home/strength/fitness exercises like KB Swings, Push Up Modifications, Progressions, Hip Thrusts, Squat Form and all other key Progression/Modification and coaching here.

BONUS SHORT WORKOUTS

In the short workout section Dasha has created a library of workouts ranging 5-20 minutes in length.

These workouts are made specifically as “fill ins” during your busy work/life weeks. They are also great for travel or supplemental work.

Workouts here are no equipment, bands, kettlebells and dumbbells. You Pick!

If you can only use short workouts in the next month or two, go the the FIRST POST in that section and take a look at your NO TIME PROGRAM: Your Short Workouts Plan Program. Use that program until you can devote more time to one of the main KBBody Programs.

ENCYCLOPEDIA OF EXERCISES

Here you will find a growing library of fitness/exercise.

Review the lunge and all of it’s variations or learn a new move like the face pull or half prone angel.

Soon the library will be split up based on area worked/muscle group(s).

This area is host to countless moves from body-weight to the gym, kettlebells, dumbbells, modifications and variations.

Dasha made this area separate from the Beginner & Form Education because this area will have hundreds of exercises, while the Beginner & Form Education has some of your most important skill based motions and beginner/progression discussions and posts.

CHALLENGES

In this area Dasha has put together a series of Challenges.

Add these challenges to any program or use them on their own.

  • Commit to a challenge and invigorate your mind and body with a new goal.
  • INSPIRE YOURSELF! You will feel inspired and your mental x physical STRENGTH will increase just from this area.

Dasha has long form challenges like:

You can add these onto a workout or a workout week on a day off. All of these are easy add-ons or stand alone workouts to your programs.

MOBILITY & RECOVERY

In this area, Dasha has created a supplemental library of 5-20 minute recovery and mobility flows.

More are added regularly. Read the title of each to see what fits into your goals, time and vibe.

Add these as stand alone flows to get rid of the “locked up feeling”. Use them as a post workout or post activity flow, or really, anytime you feel like moving. 

These are find to do on the same days as your workouts, or as stand alone worksouts/movement.

Easy to follow along, made for all levels and bodies, you will find your locked up post workout routine, your daily join mobility and so much more.

NUTRITION

In this area you will learn about Nutrition.

Your KBBody, 7 Day Lean and Scorcher Series Programs have a specific nutrition plan, however those plans are further reinforced in this section.

You will find a complete nutrition edu and support area here.

To start, read and watch the Calories & Macros For Your Goal post.

Remember, a race car, a luxury car, and a truck all need different types of fuel.

Learn the custom approach of nutrition for your goals, and feel supported by the constant science and research articles and videos that Dasha places here.

REHAB/PREHAB

Movement is medicine
(proper movement)

Get pain free, learn to work around your injuries in your programs.

Also, learn how to workout around your pain – here, in the first video/post in this area.

Put in the rehab/prehab and mobility that you need to get out of pain and back on track once and for all. Screen your pain.

Along with your programs, you will have access to Dasha’s Rehab/Prehab Section.

In this area you will find screenings and protocols for Hip, Knee, Back, Shoulder, Elbow, Foot, Neck pain/stiffness and instability.

Also, find “Upkeep” routines for those areas of the body.

In pain now, or have residual pain from an old injury? This is your section.

Feeling instability in an area of the body? Losing range of motion? Weakness? Tightness? This is the place to go.

EDU & HEALTH / EXERCISE MASTERCLASSES

Get the most out of your training by understanding the science and staying on top of the latest health, wellness and performance research.

In this area Dasha educated and coaches, teaches you about the science of health, wellness and exercise and keeps you up-to-date on all of the latest research.

LIVE CLASSES

This is where Dasha hosts her LIVE Saturday small group private classes. 

In this area you will have a meet up link Invite if you join the 8W program.

You will also have access to past LIVE classes in her studio and on zoom.

Read this for GOAL VISUALIZATION & Success

As per neuroscience research, the fact is simple, if you want to REACH any goal, and stay motivated you must have the following things:

VALUE – you must be able to see and identify the true value of that goal

ACTION – you must have a plan of action you can follow

First it is key to place value on your goal- is something really worth pursuing. In this case or working out, think: stronger in life, pain free movement, less stiffness, more agility, a deposit to your health and longevity, more clarity, energy and personal motivation. (just to name a few)

The second goal is to have a legitimate plan of action ‘program; which is EXACTLY what you have with KBBody. Trust in the program we picked, follow it as best you can, and when you can’t supplement with all of the bonus resources we give you. And stay actionable and continue to reach and surpass every goal you set.

How will I know what to do in each program?

Each Program has a program guide that you can download and follow.

The program guide has an ideal training schedule, an outline of which workouts to do on which days and a nutrition guideline that fits best with your plan.

– Click the tab above called YOUR PROGRAM and begin the program Dasha’s assessment recommended.

– Download the program guide.

– If you do not love your program, go to the ALL PROGRAMS tab and switch it out!

– Also, look over all of the other tabs accessible to you. Use each section as a support to your goals, workouts and motivation.

– If you feel any stiffness/ pain look at teh Rehab/ Prehab tab.

– If you are pressed for time, supplement any of your program workouts with short workouts in the section.

– Add a Challenge to your program to stay focused and motivated.

– Read about Nutrition, get education and meal plan options.

– Learn more about training in Beginner & Edu, as well as the Health & Edu Section.

– KB Body is more then just a workout, the platform is made to help you stay motivated, optimize your body and mind, learn and reach/ keep your goals for life.

Is there anything I should keep an eye out for?

Keep an eye on your emails from Dasha & KBBody, you will receive challenges and tips, bonus workouts and more to keep you progressing and motivated. All bonus workouts and mobility will always be in the Short Workouts/ Challenges / Mobility sections.

Keep an eye out on live classes, as dasha will have exclusive invites here to live zoom classes and eventually some new added features, like a Live Class Library and meet ups.

New content is added all the time to all of your tabs- so check in and explore!

What if I want to change the program that I am in?

If you would like to change your program to another workout series (weight to no weight, or start something more challenging (or less), something more or less time consuming etc.) simply CLICK HERE and read about all of the other programs and change the program anytime.

After each program’s completion that program will stay in ALL PROGRAMS so you can also go back to it if you like at any time.

Can I train with Dasha one-on-one in person/Zoom?

You absolutely can!
There are many ways to train with Dasha, and many reasons.

Dasha works with clients in person in her NYC Studio
Dasha works with most of her clients virtually, in-person on zoom *yes! sessions can be tapped for you!

Dasha can work with you once in order to help correct/ dial in form, advance or modify technique, discuss the ideal plan and program design and to look at any issues and/ instability.
You can also see if custom programming/ or more consistent sessions or month/ weekly sessions and check ins are a great option.
