In this area Dasha has put together a series of Challenges.

Add these challenges to any program or use them on their own.

  • Commit to a challenge and invigorate your mind and body with a new goal.
  • INSPIRE YOURSELF! You will feel inspired and your mental x physical STRENGTH will increase just from this area.

Dasha has long form challenges like:

  • Your First/or Your 10th Pull Up
  • Your First Full Push Up
  • Hanging for Health

Also, Short Form Challenges like:

  • Instant Booty Burn
  • Fight Abs & Core

You can add these onto a workout or a workout week on a day off. All of these are easy add-ons or stand alone workouts to your programs.

Every Challenge has a “how to” and “when” plan.
